We primarily concentrate on Residential Sectional Title buildings. Since our start we looked at how service by agents in the industry was being provided and how we could change the status quo.
We therefore amended our service by concentrating on service delivery, we know trustees have full time jobs and therefore sometimes need attention evening and weekends. We also understand, that repairs and maintenance needs is not limited to weekdays and working hours and therefore we have a standby team to assist the building and owners with contractors.
